I have a problem with shapes and text box changing

hello , My problem is when I choose the selection tool to change the size of a shape or text box, not all the points appear to me, and the black cursor does not appear after selecting the shape or the square. All that happens is to change the location of the shape only.

Have you got bounding box hidden? Shift+Ctrl+B

Or View>Show Bounding Box
