I have been double charged for the same plan

Good day, 

I have been double charged, at first I ordered the plan and paid through pay pal , it said that it didnt work,

so I paid throught visa card....and now it appeared that I pay for both plans...

I tried to cancel my plan that I pay in visa ...and it doesnt allow me to do so, only plan through paypal...

Plz give an advice how can I cancel the "visa" plan.
