I have illustrator installed to my computer, but illustrator drawings does not appear on my computer

I have illustrator installed to my computer, but when i send a drawing from illustrator draw through my mobile, I get this message "Send to desktop, please install illustrator to open the file sent from your device". How can I solve this problem? Thanks

Doyou have Creative Cloud installed on your computer and are you logged in with the same Adobe ID?

It is illustrator CC, and yes, I'm logged in with the same account. Where
