I open any file and the workspace won't stop moving to side

Hi people, with the last update of Ai I got this bug that no matter which file I open, or even a new one, everything starts to move to the side when I have the cursor on the workspace, but not when im posing on the tools or menus. Doesnt stop if i pick a tool, doesnt stop when using barspace hand, WHYYY? HELP :'(
