I used to create graphics by using line from line tool in Flash then moulding the line as per requirement with select tool and it help me get the desire shape easily

If anyone can help me it will be very appreciated

I am not sure what you mean – could you post a screenshot or sketch to clarify?

It is also referred as line tool art

it is like we take sketch and then trace the same in Animate (previously known as Flash) with pen or pencil or line tool, I preferred line it is very easily moldable just like clay, I remembered in my spare time i used to sketch like this https://www.deviantart.com/rohandg86/art/Spidy-Thor-498672557
This one was completely sketched by using line tool

It sounds like you need instruction in using the pen tool. There are many tutorial videos on the internet that can show you how such as these on You Tube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXpnKlUMZQA, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-uP5157_Qw and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lypayYQKv5w
