I recently started a trial of Illustrator 2017.1.0 and upon application launch, strangely the UI is blank and unusable, there's no exit button either, I have to force close Illustrator please see attached screenshot:

Meanwhile, Photoshop 2017.1.1 works perfectly.

I'm on Windows 10 x64 1703, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 running 3840x2160@60hz.

In Illustrator unfortunately there are several issues with it.

It's Friday, so maybe you should hurry up with it, please contact Customer Care. They won't be available on the weekend:

I can open "Preferences" on the top tool bar, the texts like "File", "Edit", "Object" etc appear one by one when I mouse over on the blank space at the top. I tried disabling/enabling different DPI settings and GPU performance, still the same issue.

Yes I'm logged in as admin and the Windows Firewall is set up normally, all other Adobe CC apps work perfectly.

I've unchecked "GPU Performance" option, restarted PC, still the same issue.

GPU acceleration in Photoshop and Premiere works fine.
