I cannot find the file in my computer. Did Adobe just delete it without asking? I can only find the latest version and my plug in for my Roland cut program does not work with the latest version. Help please.

There is a setting to keep the older version installed when updating the application. See this article and check if you have the appropriate setting in your Creative Cloud application.
