Illustrator 2020 (24.2.1) not applying file rename when exporting.

I have the most up to date Illustrator (24.2.1 (64-bit). Running on Windows 10. Since the last update, when I rename a file and go to export as PNG it keeps the previous file name rather than updating to the new (renamed) file.

It did this once before in an older version. Will there be a fix soon?

Sorry about the trouble this issue has caused.
