Illustrator 2020 (24.3) Mac crashes after save Adobe cloud archive in disk

I've had this problem every time I've tried save an adobe cloud archive in macbook disk. Please if you have any solution, please write here. Thanks.

MacBook Pro (13-inch,2018)

2.7 GHz Intel Core I7

16 GB RAM
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655   1536MB
