Illustrator 2020 Key Object Bug Downgrade

The key object bug in the current version of Illustrator (24.2) is a huge disaster for me and I need to downgrade to CC 2019 until it is fixed. Tried the workaround, but it doesn't help me enough.

(I've submitted a bug report and up-voted it.)

I lost my Illustrator CC 2019 during the upgrade process (I've since changed my preferences) but don't know which stable numbered version to re-install that does not have this bug.

I'm on an iMac running 10.13.6.

Hi,

You can download old version CC 2019 or CC 2020 without key bug from Creative cloud.

For CC 2019 - 23.1.1

For CC 2020 without key issue - 24.1.3

Let us know if this resolves your issue.

Hi,

Team has fixed this in the latest release. Please update Illustrator to v24.2.1 to get this fixed.
