illustrator 2020 quits unexpectedly while saving

Hello ,, im facing an issue while saving the ai file from creative cloud to my desktop . While saving it suddenly quits whether its ai , pdf or svg format . I,ve been trying different ways ,but non of them was useful .Also, i tried to uninstall illustrator unfortunately it wasn't useful.

I'm using illustrator 2020 ( macOS Mojave version 10.14.6 ). when i try to download my document from cloud document  it fails downloading .Also, when i open the document and try to "save as" to my desktop it quits unexpectedly.

So you can still open it directly inside Illustrator?

How large is the document?

yes i can , the size of the document  is 56.1 MB

WHat exactly do you mean by "saving the ai file from creative cloud to my desktop"? Do you have trouble saving files if you work locally on your hard drive?
