Illustrator 2020(v24.2.3) crashing on launch on Windows 10

Guys I really need your help  -_-  Illustrator crashes when I try to launch it. Here's full crash report:

Hi Daria,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I see you are using Windows 10 Build 18632 which is not the latest version. I'd recommend updating OS & GPU to the latest version and see if it helps you out.
Also, please submit crash reports by following instructions on this help article.

Oh thank you so much! I launched Windows updates, succeeded and it helped! Illustrator works just fine now) thank you)
