Illustrator 2020(v24.2.3) crashing while launching on Windows

Illustrator 24.2.3 is crashing on launch on my Windows system for some reason. I've tried clearing my settings from AppData and even running the Cloud Cleaner tool with no luck. I've tried rolling back to the previous version and it's still not working.
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of OS?

I see you have tried resetting preferences and Creative Cloud Cleaner tool already. Is there any third party plugin you are using?

I'd recommend starting Illustrator in Safe mode and see if it is working. Please follow this help article to do that.

Plugin in Creative Suite. No, it's completely stock. I'm on the latest
version of Windows 10 Pro. As I needed to get into Illustrator, my last
resort was to reset Windows.

Sorry about this trouble. We have recently released an update for Illustrator 2020 (v 24.3) which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v24.3, then we recommend you to update to latest version.

If that doesn't help, try steps shared on this link and share your observations with us.
