Without any crash details and exact system info nobody can tell you much. The most likely cause are the usual hardware acceleration issues, so check your preferences and update your system's graphics driver. Anything more will require better information.

Hello, I'm using an illustrator version 25.3.1
My computer is: dell inspiron 13 7306
i7-1165G7
16 ram
intel iris xe Integrated graphic
Windows 10 64bit updated
The truth is that at the moment I have done a driver update to iris xe graphic.

This is an Intel update that does not appear in Windows updates
Update number 27.20.100.9466.

In the meantime, it seems that the software is not crashing,

possible to close the case, In case it happens again, I will open a new and orderly reading with all the details.

one question

Should there be a problem with an intel iris xe g7 Integrated graphic card?

Or it's powerful enough for Photoshop, Illustrator.

I almost switched the computer to a Mac Mini M1šŸ˜…

What processor and video card do you have?

 

For me, updating a video card driver built into Intel's site probably solved the problem

I suggest you maybe do some post about it, multiply people with processors gen 11 Intel iris Xe Graphic, Can encounter this problem, the update does not come automatically from Windows You need to go to the Intel website and update Manual
