I have a brand-new iMac with a brand-new installation of Illustrator. I can get it to open, but it crashes when I try to save. All my fonts have been validated. In fact, I haven't even installed any fonts of my own yet because I've been too busy trying to troubleshoot my inability to get a job done in Illustrator. I hate to be That Person, but this is ridiculous. I pay a lot of money for a subscription service that is an industry standard, and I can't actually accomplish anything in it. The amount of lost work and lost time is astounding.
