illustrator 2021 (last update) won't launch on Mojave

Hi, I can't launch Illustrator on my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) OS Mojave 10.14.6
Application not responding and I have to force quit. 
I've already tried to reset preferences in library renaming all Illustrator folders .old
What can I do?
