Illustrator 2021: Shortcuts issues

I can't use the ctrl+ command to zoom in and keyboard shortcuts to arrange layers (ctrl[/]).

When I go to Edit> Keyboard shortcuts these shortcuts appear but don't work.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I hope this issue has been resolved by now.

You may try resetting preferences if you still have this issue.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
