Illustrator 23.0.1 pen tool snapping to point by default

I have every snap-to turned off, but pen tool keeps snapping to points.

CMYK document, no grids. When I take the screenshot the line disappears, but you can see the square point snappint to that anchor point.

This is Spanish for every snapping is turned off. Same for grids and everything.

Any hint?

Is Snap to Point on in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display?
