Illustrator 25.1 Save Window Preset Problems

Since i updated Illustrator to 25.1 my SAVE window size keeps changinf to the smallest window possible. If I adjust it, it goes back to the super small window every time I save a file. I have to adjust the window size and then the sidebar everytime. So frustraing. Is there a preset or something in preferences that I can adjust? I couldn't find anything on Google. Help Please.
