Illustrator 25.2.3 some features not working

I am facing this issue from last few days that control C, control V and control Z sometime working and sometime not please help me 😞

Any special input devices attached?

Does it work when you reboot the comouter and launch only Illustrator? No Google Chrome, no screensharing, web conferencing, no other RAM eating applications?
