Hello,

i´ve got Illustrator 2021 on Mac OS Catalina.

Everytime i try to close Illustrator it freezes. The only way to close it is to stop the process.

Does anyone have the same Problems with the newest Version of Illustrator and has solved it?

When closing what Illustrator does is write the preferences file. So this could point to an issue with either the preferences file itself or with writing it. You could reset the preferences (rename the folder, because that is revertable: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html ) And you could check if Illustrator has sufficient privileges to write to your disk into the user folder
