Illustrator 25.2 says plug ins are missing and can't open new documents

Having the worst time with this upgrade. Spent all morning trying to work around a missing plug-in issue crashing Illustrator non-stop and refusing to open. Finally got it to work by ignoring the fix and I think I'm only able to work in Safe Mode. Additionally, I can't open new documents unless I do the legacy File open menu, which isn't the worst work around but is slightly annoying. Any fixes for the missing plug-in issue? I do not use any third-party plug-ins.

If it's a longer list, then maybe something went wrong when installing. Youcould tryand contact Customer Care and have them log intoyour system: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html Or try and uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and then reinstall: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

The end result was VulvanService.aig. I didn’t get a chance to screen shot the longer list that popped up first.
