we paid a freelance guy in India to make a calendar for us, but he can't seem to understand what we want exactly.

we are looking for all of the text (minus the numbers) to be the same font, size, justified/alignment, etc.  So it looks uniform.

I haven't used Illustrator much (PS and LR for life lol) and am looking for the easiest way to get the holidays aligned/justified the same.  We want the holidays to start just off of the right and bottom border of each day.  When I click on the text now I can only edit the text.  I was expecting a marquee box outline to show up or soemthing so i could just drag it to where I want.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are already late getting this out.

Not quite sure what you want. Can you please make a sketch?

Also: we need to know what kind of text objects they are.
