I have uninstalled both and installed them again but no improvement. I am running Big Sur
You could contact Customer Care. They can login toyour system and figure this out.

You may follow instructions given on this help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html) to update the app. Hope it helps.
