Illustrator and InDesign crashing at startup on M1 Macbook Air

My computer is MacBook air, and it has m1. It is pretty worried that my Indesign and Illustrator is keep cashing at the starting page. Even though I tried the lower version of it, it still crashes and I can't reach the starting page, because it just crashed, silently. My Photoshop, which is the latest version, and PDF is fine.

• Are you using the latest OS? If not, please update to the latest version.
