Illustrator blank window keeps opening and closing on start.

I just installed Illustrator and this stupid blank window keeps opening and closing, preventing you from using the program at all. What is this thing? How do I get rid of it?

Same thing is happening on PhotoShop. This sucks.

Sorry to hear about your experience. This seems like sign-in window for Adobe. Please close all your apps. Open Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. Please sign out if you're signed back in & sign in again. This should help.
