I have now tried for 2 weeks to make my own brushes working - without luck. Every time I open a new document and import my brush it will only display it in the first color i choose. So I can't change the color. The issue is consisten on both laptop and iMac.
I have tried unstalling Cloud and Illustrator without luck.
What type of brush are you creating? Are you trying to save the color within the brush preset as in Photoshop? What happens when you select the stroke and try to change the color?
calligraphic & bristle brushes - Are always saved with no color and you need to change the color
