Illustrator can't draw a straight line anymore?!!!

I have an illustrator problem, it can't draw a straight line.

It's wonky and slopes about 1.32#~º tilt to the left.

I was running CC2019 and yet even after running the 2020 update... IT STILL DOESN'T WORK?!!!

Can anyone please tell me, What kind of ludicrous preference has been added now that I have to find and turn off this time?

It's really doing my head in. I don't know any self-respecting, control-freak, GD that would want to default to CROOKED lines and boxes of 1.32~º. This is NOT a feature, to quote Neil Tennant (PSB), 'It's a SIN!'

Does anyone else currently have this problem?

In Preferences>General, what's the setting for Constrain Angle? It should be set to 0.
