Illustrator CC 2020 doesn't open after Windows update

Hello!

Since yesterday I have been trying open the Adobe Illustrator and InDesign CC 2020. No one of the adobe applications CC 2020 version are working in my computer, just the CC 2019! Last week all of them were completely normal. I don't know what can be. I did the Windows update as recommended by a support attendant, but nothing happen.

I tried to reinstall all the applications on the Creative Cloud Installer, but this one isn't opening too.

Usually, message of Windows Explorer appears when I try to open the Illustrator: "Adobe Illustrator stops working".

An error report appeared only once time:
