illustrator cc 2020 - placeholder text language

I am using a JP version illustrator but as I use English more than Japanese, I want to have the sample text not in Japanese but in English. Where can I change it?

If you put a text file named 'Placeholder.txt' at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2020, Illustrator will use whatever is in that file as sample text.
