Illustrator closes when creating or opening a document

I open my Illustrator 2021 I arrive at the workspace, when I click on open a document or after clicking on create and select the format, the illustrator locks and closes.

I did all the post post procedures, but nothing worked.

I've seen this happen with corrupted (or very old) fonts installed in a computer's system. Please try using your computer's font management features to turn off all but the most necessary fonts and try again. Please let us know if this helps.

Is a printer connected, set up as the default printer and turned on?

Illustrator needs a printer.

If you are running Windows, check the printer and reset it after every Windows update.
