Hey there, I have illustrator installed in my macOS Big Sur. Everytime I try to save my document, it crashes. Then it recovers but all the linked images are gonne but it keeps crashing everytime I try to save the document. Please help.
Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & Illustrator? Does it happen while working on a specific file? Are you trying to save files on a local drive or network?
Please make sure you have set up a default printer & it is turned on. set up as default printer and turned on? If not, install a PDF printer. Let us know if it helps.
