Illustrator crashes on startup

My first time using and downloading Illustrator. (windows 10)

When I launch it from my creative cloud app it crashes as soon as it's loaded

I tried reinstalling Illustrator and creative cloud again, but it didn't help

Only Illustrator seems to be the problem, because i can use Photoshop with no problems

I have tried multible sollutions but it didn't work aswell

I use a HP ZBook studio G5 laptop

The specs are:

Intel Core i7 8750H

Nvidia Quadro P1000

16 GB RAM

Please tell me if I missed some important details 

(Sorry if my English isn't that good, it's not my first language)

Solved by reinloggin into creative cloud
