Illustrator crashing when starting new file

Hello everyone.

Few hours ago i started Illustrator, and when created a file the illustrator was crashed.

I was looking around the internet and youtube, didn't find a solution.

I tried to turn off the GPU, and the Autosave, Nothing helped.

That happens only in Illustrator.

Photoshop, XD and Premiere works great.

Please help?

Which version? Which system?

Is a printer connected, turned on and set up as the default printer?
