Dear All,

My name is Rico from indonesia, this is second questions from me..

I have a script and want to apply it into action, but after closing the Illustrator, the script in action cannot be used again.. Its need to re-load again.. Is there solution to solve this case, may be with adding some code into my script code or with a trick or anything..

Thank you..

Regards,

Rico Candra..

That was solved in a CC version, but does not work in CS4.

Rico, as Ton mentioned, that was a known problem Adobe recently fixed.

You have no other option than perhaps Save your Action Set that you can reaload each time your restart. I think it's a bit easier than re recording the action.

Would recommend Carlos' advice as well.

I spent quite a lot of time to lure the bug into a trap, because in my experience it sometimes (or most of the times) appeared, but sometimes not. Unfortunately, I could not find out a pattern. The bug was just too clever.

A bit like Mike Tyson. Incalculable and predictable at the same time, but the knockout assured sooner or later.
