Illustrator Deletes Quick Access

Users are losing their Quick Access folders in Windows when using Illustrator. Does anyone know why?

I can't say why.

I always use Illustrator under Windows.

But I can access to my Quick Access folders. For my part no problems.

Sorry to hear about this. I agree with earlier response. Creative Cloud quick access folders are working as expected on Windows.
Would you mind sharing the version of the OS? I'd also request updating the Creative Cloud desktop app to the latest version.
