Illustrator don't recognize fonts from documents that are already installed on my mac

Hello, I really need help on here.

I have a web where you can personalize the products I sell with a text, name, etc.

Then automatically the web create a pdf with from that product. The problem is that when I open that document to print it, Illustrator can't find the fonts. I tried everything but I couldn't do anything...

The uploaded fonts on the web are the same I've installed on my mac, with the same name.

I tred to search the fonts too, and I can just fix it on that document, but when I open a new one, the same problem appears.

Can anyone help me?

The PDF creation process probably renames the fonts internally.

You just want to print that document? Use Acrobat for that.
