Illustrator don't save unit preference

I can not save unit preference in illustrator 20 ans 21. I have already delete preferences but same issue.

Each time I restart Illustrator, unit is always come back to pixel...

Same issue on all Windows profil.

Any idea ?

The unit is saved in your New document profile.

So use an appropriate document profile when creating the new file.

So why keeping general setting ?

On which version it the case ?

It uses the Preferences units setting when you open a file that has no units, like an image.

Ok why not but I should be able to change general settings ?

Today every time a restart Illustrator, general units is rollback ti "pixel"

Units preference will change when you open a document with a different setting.
