hi - i have just downloaded illustrator for my son as he doesnt have access to the school computers just now. I am paying the monthly plan of around £16, but it now says I have only 7 days of a free trial so it seems I will need to pay again. This cant be right??

Someone know how to fix this or is it simply they pull you in to pay to use the app centre and then charge more?

Hi GloryGlory,

unless the school's IT department will not give you a special download link you will only be able to use a trial version, I think. Best read into the linked blog articles below and contact the IT department of your son:

Maybe it's just one of those hiccups happening to people occasionally.

You could try: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

But maybe it's an issue with how that student subscription works (I don't know the details). So if the above doesn't work, please contact Customer Care: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
