Illustrator e Photoshop não abrem no MacBook Pro com processador M!

Instalei o Creative Cloud no Mac com M1 e baixei alguns programas que uso para trabalho, porém, dois dos mais importantes, Illustrator e Photoshop não abrem, travam na tela de inicialização. Sei que por enquanto os softwares estão rodando através do Rosetta 2, porém estes nem chegam a abrir. O que posso fazer para corrigir isso? Preciso de uma resolução com urgência, pois são as dois principais softwares que trabalho.

Hi there,

Apologies for the delayed response. Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Illustrator? Do you have third party plugins installed within the app? Have you tried removing them & launch the app?

Additionally, you may try using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove the Illustrator & Photoshop completely & reinstall once done.
