Illustrator Exporting the wrong ICC Profiles on CMYK files

I have a custom ICC profile I've set up for my pages in Illustrator called Comic Settings, but when I export a file to say TIFF or PSD -- the ICC profile always changes to US Web Coated (SWOP) v2 instead of Comic Settings. How can I fix this?

Which version and system is it?

Is the Comic ICC profile also your working CMYK profile?

Latest version. Yes, my working CMYK profile.

And also your Document Color Profile?

Yes.

Whatever profile I set is added to exported files (with the exception of png), so it is hard to reproduce.

What is the purpose of  the custom Comic profile, did you get it from a printer?

It's the profile I've been using to color comic books for the last 15/20 years. Based on one that Marvel gave me with some tweaks that improved it more for my type of coloring.
