Illustrator Font Problem

Hi folks. New to CC, but learning fast.

I'm running Illustrator and Premiere on a machine running Windows 10. For some reason, I cannot get Avenir Fonts to load into Illustrator. I've installed them directly onto the computer, and directing into CC, and yet they wont show when opening Illustrators, and instead default to Myriad.

Worth noting they show up fine in Premiere. Any advice would be welcome.

I am having the same issue with Trajan Pro. It's showing as activated in the "Find More" tab, but I can't select it.

Which version, which system?

Are you using font management?

Is the font activated through Adobe Fonts (Typekit)?
