Illustrator goes crazy with resolution

Last version for mac.
I create document 200x300mm, 300ppi. But... When i set rulers to show pixels - it shows just 567x850px!!
Same resolution it show, if i try to Save for Web. But it has to be 2362x3543px. What happened with you, Illustrator???

An Illustrator document doesn't have a resolution. What you set up is the resolution of raster effects (drop shadows and the like). The conversion to pixels happens always with a resolution of 72 ppi. Same goes for Save for web.

If you want that size, then in Save for web, you can just enter the desired output size.
