Hi everyone, my question is: how can I create a zipper (which I already have) that follows the curve of the make-up bag I created with the pen tool. I tried the free transform tool but am not satisfied with the result. Was the first time I tried the tool, don´t know really how to use it.

Thanks for any help!

The options are
- free transform

- perspective grid

- envelope

-3D- effects (map as artwork and hide geometry)

With the envelope you can probably transform both sides at once. With a 3D effect this would be possible. With the other methods transform both sides with separate objects.

I think that with practice you will also get the hang of it. Good work for the first time. You will probably have to use a clipping mask as well, so that the zipper can look like it is going all across the surface of the purse, unless you can get it to work using the 3d tool.
