Hola Comunidad adobe.

He tenido problemas en ejecutar el programa de ilustrador. Lo cual es raro, siendo original y que lo acabo de comprar en adobe creative icloud. Al momento de abrir el programa, no me lo permite y tengo que forzar salida y no me deja continuar o no puedo abrirlo.

Quisiera saber si ustedes han tenido este problema y de que manera encontrar una solución. Porque he estado teniendo este problema desde que lo compré.

Es Macbook pro y estoy utilizando el nuevo software Mac Os Catalina. 

Si conoces alguna solución o alguna manera de poder arreglar este problema. Espero tu respuesta.

Someone will need to investigate in your system. Usually Customer Care does this, but I don't know if on the weekend. You can try: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

What you can try yourself: Reset preferences https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

Check all your fonts for corruption. If youuse afonts manager suchas Suitcase, check for updates or disable it for Illustrator

Look if there is a Wacom driver and uninstall it completely. Wacom offers help for that.

Uninstall third party plugins if you have any

Check for an updated printer driver.

No entiendo los conceptos de tecnología que utilizas y a que te refieres con wacom ?

Me gustaría, y si puedes explicarme estos pasos de una manera más sencilla para poder hacerlos. Porque sigue fallando mi ilustrator. Aveces al reiniciar mi computadora, ya me deja abrirlo. Pero pasan unos días y otra vez no me deja abrirlo de repente :(.
