Illustrator not starting on Mac M1

Hi

I am not able to start Illustrator version 25.2after install on Macbook air M1 with Big Sur 11.3.beta (20E5186d). Just hangs wgen it try to load a file pdf... See attachment.

Indesign works fine, starting is a liitle bit slow but it works.

Any idea?

I have the exact problem with you, the ID is working, but AI and PS are not working at all.
