Is this a fresh installed version?

Did you deactivate your antivirus when installing?

Can Illustrator access the internet? Are you logged into your Creative Cloud account?

Hola, me pasa justamente la mismo. ¿Pudiste solucionarlo?

Tengo un MacBookAir de 13 pulgadas del año 2015. Instalé el macOS BigSur hace nada, y desde entonces me trae problemas con las aplicaciones del Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign y Premiere Pro. 

Si alguien sabe de alguna forma de arreglar esto me haría un favor, ya que las horas pasan y el trabajo se acumula.
