illustrator prints out error code cant and doesn't work

While I try to load(launch) illustrator on my LG gram, it prints out error code [CANT]. After getting the error code, illustrator program itself still launches but I'm unable to anything with it.

Does anyone knows why this happens? I need help.

Please tell us the hardware specifications of that device.

Any third party tools installed? Is this an update or fresh install? Did it ever work?

I have the same issue In My 'Asus TUF gaming A15' Laptop .I installed the illustrator 2021 .While loading ,It shows : error -'CANT' and launched the stratup screen ,then Stucks the Screen ,nothing works,as well as can't  access the New File ..After sometimes it shows ' Illustrator Not Responding ' What shoud'd I do  to fix this error ..? Please Help .
