illustrator related problem

Hello. i m abobe user in korea.
i m using Illustrator these days for my project.
i used it quite useful. but there's a problem.
When i want to move path to center for set, path doesn't move right. The path avoid the center dot.
And, when i used version CC 2018, motion was very smooth but in CC 2020 motion is very rough.
By the way, Photoshop's motion is so smooth. Why these problems are happen?
i will post the video about my problems. i don't think my explanation will make you understand 😂

Looks like either Snap to Pixel or snap to grid is turned on

Snap to Pixel, Snap to Point and Snap to Grid can be found under the View menu. Simply uncheck them if they are checked.
