When was your last computer restart?

What exactly are you doing step by step when this happens?

Did the same ever work correctly?

Does that only happen on specific files?

I've got the same error. Very annoying.

Which version? - Latest, 2019 - 23.0.1

Which system? - Windows 10

Any third party plugins? - No

A printer? - Not on

Any additional input hardware? - Touchscreen laptop, default mouse

All fonts OK? - Think so

When was your last computer restart? - Just now

What exactly are you doing step by step when this happens? - Try saving artboard as PNG 300dpi

Did the same ever work correctly? - Yes

Does that only happen on specific files? - No

What are the dimensions of the Art Board?

Quite big actually, 5500x5500px.

But this was not a problem before.

Try lowering the ppi to 144 and see if it works.

That doesn't help. I need to export a file as a 300 dpi PNG and what I have to do is open up Photoshop, import the graphic then save it as a PNG from there.

Latest CC 2019 software

iMac running 10.14.4 (latest version at this date)

No plugins

No printer

No additional input devices

No fonts in the file

I shut down every day and restart only when I am working

The artwork is a traced graphic and an outlined font that both have gradients in them, but not complex gradients

Happens with any file this size - 7632 x 6480 - even if the graphic is just a square with a solid fill

So you want the output file to be this pixel dimension? Because then you would need to export at 72 ppi.

The problem is caused by some files in the directories.

"c: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Adobe \ UXP \"

In Windows 10 (X64)

Rename to "c: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Adobe \ 00UXP \"

(In this way they are not erased and you can return to them, for if other programs fail)

It contains the routines for the start screen and new documents of the different Abobe programs.

Changing UXP to 00UXP worked like a charm!! This actually works for me!!!
